What is Phishing?
Phishing, which is one of the fraud methods frequently used by hackers recently, is done by preparing an exact copy of any website where you can transact with your important information.
For example, an e-mail is sent to you by making an exact copy of an online shopping site that you are a member of and you shop frequently. These e-mail contents are usually sent with subject headings such as “need to update your information”, “do not miss the opportunity of up to 50% discount”.
Some examples of phishing actually successfully imitate the original site and can be visually difficult to distinguish from the real thing. In such a case, of course, the target person reaches the pirate site by clicking on the link in the e-mail.
User; Since the appearance of the pirate site is exactly the same as the original site, all personal information automatically falls into the hands of the pirates as soon as he logs on to this site. Especially if you encounter such a situation on bank sites, you may be at much greater risk.
