Weisselberg, 75, was taken to Riker Island Prison in New York the day before, where he was sentenced to 5 months in prison and $1.7 million in fines as part of the settlement.
It was stated that Weisselberg could face up to 15 years in prison if the defense does not reach an agreement with the prosecutors.
